Brú Bhríde is run by a small staff team across seven programme areas, supported by a voluntary Board of Directors.

Each programme has its own lead, and the coordinators keep the whole thing joined up.
Board of Management
Voluntary Board of Directors with responsibility for governance, HR and finance.
FRC Coordinator
Community childcare, Tusla, administration and governance.
Service and Health Coordinator
Primary Health Care, finance, HR and service systems.
CSP Coordinator
Community Services Programme, community projects and the Enterprise Hub.
Programme staff
Family Support, Family Link Worker, Brighter Beginnings, Youth Work, Childcare and Community Health Workers.
