Brú Bhríde works with Travellers, settled people and migrant communities across Tuam and the surrounding areas. From family support and health care to youth work, childcare and community activities, we are here to help.

Brú Bhríde started in 1983 as a settlement committee working on Traveller accommodation, and became the Tuam Travellers Support Group a year later, on the basis that real change needed Travellers themselves to be active in it.
The work has grown a lot since, but the aim is still simple, to make it easier for people to get support, take part and feel connected to their community.
